   • Dispatch notices of Meetings with Agendas
   • Attend to Proxies and Trustee Nominations
   • Attend Trustee Meetings
   • Taking and dispatching minutes of Trustee Meetings
   • Attend Special General Meetings
   • Taking and dispatching minutes of the Special General Meetings
   • Attend the Annual General Meeting
   • Taking and dispatching minutes of the Annual General Meeting
   • Keep copies of correspondence entered into on behalf of the Bodies Corporate or Home Owners Associations
   • Supply service contracts to contractors and employees of the Bodies Corporate or Home Owners Associations

1. Financial Management
   • Keep books of account on PASTEL Accounting to General Accepted Accounting Principles in South Africa
   • Prepare and submit financial reports to the Trustees on a monthly basis
   • Collect levies and other income
   • Verify and pay all accounts and other statutory obligations due by the Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations
   • Exercise and apply the approved credit control procedure

1. Physical Management
   • Monthly inspection of the premises accompanied by the appointed Trustee and Caretaker or Estate Manager
   • Obtaining of quotations required by the trustees
   • Arrange and attend to all insurance requirements
